# Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

### 1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement constitutes a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.2. Use of the Service implies full and unconditional acceptance of all its terms by the User.

1.3. The Administrator reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice by publishing the updated version via the link in the Service interface.

### 2. Definitions

* Service (SafeDomains) — a platform for registering, renewing, and managing domain names.
* User — any individual or legal entity using the Service.
* Account — a unique User account within the Service, in particular a Telegram account.
* Personal Data — any information related to the User and voluntarily provided by them.

### 3. Processing of Personal Data

3.1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ *“On Personal Data”*.

3.2. The Administrator collects only a minimal set of data necessary for the proper functioning of the Service:

* Telegram account ID;
* List of domains purchased by the User;
* Interface language selected by the User;
* List of the User’s balance top-ups.

  3.3. The data is used solely for the provision of services and technical user support.

  3.4. The Service does NOT collect personal information or IP addresses, does not require any form of verification, and does not request email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details.

  Data is never transferred to third parties under any circumstances.

  3.5. The User may send a request to delete or modify personal data using the contact details provided below.

### 4. Disclaimer of Liability

4.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” (AS IS) basis; however, the Administrator strives to maintain maximum user loyalty and reliability.

4.2. The Administrator is not responsible for:

* the accuracy or reliability of data entered by the User;
* service provider errors or network malfunctions;
* direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service;
* actions of third parties, including partners, providers, payment and hosting systems;
* the content or legality of domains registered by the User through the Service.

  4.3. All risks associated with the use of the Service are borne solely by the User.

  4.4. The Administrator is not liable for failures caused by force majeure events (network outages, cyberattacks, government actions, etc.).

### 6. Content Moderation

6.1. The SafeDomains Service does not review or moderate the content of domains purchased by Users.

The Service does not respond to complaints and has no right to take any actions regarding domains without the User’s written consent.

6.2. Complaints regarding domains are handled directly by the domain service provider, namely the primary domain registrar.

6.3 SafeDomains strictly opposes the use of domains for violating the laws of the Russian Federation. Complaints regarding domains registered for offenses affecting residents of the Russian Federation are not ignored, and no guarantee applies in such cases.

### 7. Amendments to the Terms

7.1. The Administrator may amend this document without separate notice.

7.2. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published within the Service.

7.3. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated terms.

### 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. The relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8.2. Any disputes or disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation.
