# Creating Corporate Email on Your Domain

{% hint style="info" %}
There are countless services offering corporate email registration on a personal domain, but most usually have a limited trial period. In the case of Alwaysdata, the email is provided permanently.
{% endhint %}

## Zoho Mail

Go straight to the [**Alwaysdata free plan signup page.**](https://www.alwaysdata.com/en/register/)\ If it asks you to verify a bank card, switch your anti-detect browser profiles, and most importantly change the country and IP.\ If it didn’t ask for a card — great, keep going.

Sign up, then make sure to select Product - Free.

Go to Domains and add your domain, then copy the NS records from the top and paste them into our bot separated by spaces (remove the commas).

Now go to Email - Adresses and click Add a mailbox

<figure><img src="https://2356626549-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FFRIiI3uDo76NvichlvrY%2Fuploads%2FxUcPx4hZKOyzZa9DJsmF%2FScreenshot%202025-12-27%20at%2008.43.56.png?alt=media&#x26;token=abe96423-a3d5-4bea-bb60-5c4e30869653" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

In localpart, enter the name that will appear in the email address before @ — you can skip everything else.<br>

<figure><img src="https://2356626549-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FFRIiI3uDo76NvichlvrY%2Fuploads%2FgyiyXnE9L4zR4VPZAJBd%2FScreenshot%202025-12-27%20at%2008.46.11.png?alt=media&#x26;token=8e02e1bc-4013-49fe-91b9-dc45899a59bc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Go to [Roundcube](https://webmail.alwaysdata.com/) and log in to the mailbox you created earlier.<br>

<figure><img src="https://2356626549-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FFRIiI3uDo76NvichlvrY%2Fuploads%2FigI9DMKIQAEgIFzDidOC%2FScreenshot%202025-12-27%20at%2008.50.57.png?alt=media&#x26;token=4a0733ec-d414-4328-ba09-7026e1194e72" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Now wait up to 24 hours for the NS records to propagate, and you’ll be able to send/receive emails normally!

<figure><img src="https://2356626549-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FFRIiI3uDo76NvichlvrY%2Fuploads%2FH2SQvSyu9bBsJtByWpe2%2FScreenshot%202025-12-27%20at%2008.51.35.png?alt=media&#x26;token=31d605a6-5752-4015-96e6-83390fa94353" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
If you format the emails **properly**, they won’t end up in the "**Spam**" folder, and the domain won’t be blocked by the **registrar.**
{% endhint %}
